Whereas I have had only one employer Peter has had a number.  He joined the Navy as a boy, and while in the Navy studied engineering at Melbourne University.  He has become an excellent cook.  For ten years he ran the Australia Japan Foundation for the Department of Foreign Affairs.  He has worked as a Japanese speaking lawyer in Tokyo, and has taught law as a professor at Monash University.  He is author of a standard case book on contract law in Australia. 

Peter has become an important part of the office of F W Holst & Co Pty Ltd in the last few years.
